Dear Inland Revenue Department,

Can you provide a copy of any contract showing; that people have given consent to have their own funds transferred to a bank, and invested.

(only a signed contract of consent can allow the IRD or Department of Inland Revenue company and bank corporation to make the transfer and issue the funds for investment).

Reminder to your company, that the funds were generated through the pure energy of the people in New Zealand; (fact)

Using sections of the OIA legislation, to refuse answering or providing the information requested is seen as a total abuse of the law;

From: tina marie kahurangi

Dear oia,

IRD has only provided some information;

I have requested that IRD aka Inland Revenue department officials, provide the reason WHY our hard earned credit "funds" taken by employers to be put into a scheme called KIWISAVER has been unlawfully invested to a company named BLACKROCK;

We want to know why the NZ government has supported transfer of funds;

Evidence shows the people of NZ, New Zealand do not any contract with this company;

This information request is published and will be shared to all social media platforms; in the best interest of the public, they need to know where there funds are, and why.

Yours sincerely,

tina marie kahurangi
