Thank you for your email of Wednesday 14^th February in which you
submitted an Official Information Act request, requesting the following:  

 

“The costings and detail of costings for your travel to COP28 and your
support staff from your office - not ministry officials, iwi - just your
office. The cabinet paper said one member from your staff - please confirm
if this was still the case.

 

As per the cabinet paper, it gave estimates for airfares, accomodation
($7360pp), hospitality, other expenses, and contingency.

 

Please provide the costs associated for you and your staff member by each
section.

 

Please provide these not as combined totals - but individual costs between
you and your supporting staff.

 

Please also include breakdowns and receipts (not sum totals by section)
for each meal, transport costs (including taxi, flight prices - and ticket
type), any “contigency” spend, “other expenses”, other hospitality, etc.

 

Please also name the accomodation used and the room type.”

 

 

Minister Watts is considering your request in accordance with the Act, and
you can expect a response by Wednesday 13^th March.
