James Webb made this Official Information request to Christopher Luxon
Christopher Luxon did not have the information requested.
From: James Webb
Kia ora Christopher Luxon,
Can you please provide me with the following data:
- How many OIAs has your Office received since November 3rd 2023? Can you please note how many of those were transferred from other departments, agencies, or Ministers?
- What was the average number of days taken to respond to requests?
- How many requests have been extended?
- How many requests have been responded to after 20 days? Can you please note how many of those were not extended?
- How many requests do you have that are overdue as of the date of this request? (i.e. have not been extended but have not been responded to in the statutory 20 days from receipt).
- Do you have any existing processes to ensure that OIA's are accurately recorded, tracked and responded to? If so, what improvements to the process, if any, are planned?
Yours faithfully,
James Webb
