My daughter, and I recently received our New Zealand Citizenship Certificates. We are currently in the process of applying for our first New Zealand passports.

I am writing to inquire about an issue I am encountering during the "Identity" step of my daughter's passport application. I followed the photo guidelines outlined on your website and used a Samsung phone to capture her image. However, after uploading the photo, the system does not display any error messages, but clicking the "Save and Continue" button results in no further action.

I am unsure how to proceed with the application and this technical difficulty is causing delays that are impacting my work schedule.

I would be grateful if you could advise me on how to resolve this issue and successfully complete my and my daughter's passport application.
