This is not a request for birth certificates - this is not a request for any type of birth certificate, only data entry, held with the registrar general.

If any entry does not exist for TNGA SHULTZ, then request to amend your records immediately, as requested previously; to show updated, accurate and not misleading information, including the affidavit of life posted to internal affairs on 6 August 2021, registered postal # LW117274077NZ, signed by WCP 101 signature.

Request for a statement of correction by internal affairs; in accordance with [privacy act 2020, s22, (1), (3), (b); this request is ongoing.

I have received the data entry you provided via email; you still have not provided me the statutory declaration which caused that information to be there;

On the data entry it shows that the name change was born 1968 incorrect;

The name change was born on 2012 - the day internal affairs received the statutory declaration;

None of the information held in your system is accurate;

I am the woman whose photo,fingerprint & witnesses proving who i am, is on the affidavit of life in which the department of internal affairs received a copy on 6 August 2021, registered post: LW117274077NZ, signed as WCP101 ATL;

Internal affairs must amend the record and include the affidavit of life its an updated instrument properly witnessed by public notary;

No birth certificate can be valid if it is not accurate by law you must amend your records;

Please know that:
Our ancestor who signed the Declaration of independence in 1835, is our bloodline and the declaration our legacy; within the declaration a private contract between our ancestors and King William IV, principles are set in concrete, signed in perpetuity, given a 21 gun salute in recognition & letters patent;

I recognise & acknowledge this, and do exercise my tino rangatiratanga by requesting that department of internal affairs amend their records, because i have seen the data & it is not accurate;

The statutory declaration has been held in your department just on 10 years, therefore access to a copy should still be available;

Just received an email from Jasna; who states: Thank you for your email; [what email is this]?

Jasna states: "To obtain your own copy of a change of name, please see the application attached to this email - sent 25 July 2022;
WE DID NOT SEND AN EMAIL

Request still pending that department of internal affairs provide a copy of the statutory declaration created in 2012 that created the data entry for TNGA MAREE SHULTZthat you currently sent to us via email 22 July 2022;

We have viewed the data entry which has the name change;

Now we need the declaration to compare that entry;

Inform the employees of internal affairs to refrain and cease trying to block our request; by making claims that don't exist; which could be a strategy to detour this current request;

Please inform government employees to stop creating fabricated requests, the only request we are currently awaiting on is; copy of the declaration;

We do not have confidence in how the department agents manage requests, and how they assume requests; stay on point, we are only awaiting for the declaration;

we have not received a copy of the STATUTORY DECLARATION FOR TNGA MAREE SHULTZ, still waiting for release of information;

cease delaying this request from the requestor; if you are unable to provide me a copy of the statutory declaration,would the reason be that the declaration that was transferred was actually converted, was payment obtained in respect of this instrument aka signed declaration; everything that is transferred is converted...............

If you & your associates do not provide me a copy of the signed declaration, then i believe that the instrument was converted to secure payment; and that value for consideration has not been met;

To transfer & convert an instrument that has a signature to it, without the other party knowing the intention of the conversion; is unlawful;

Demand that you provide official information of a copy of the STATUTORY DECLARATION if you do not provide that statutory declaration then the ombudsman will be contacted, an email will be sent first with these conversations along with a phone call;

By law you are legally bound to provide official information about the person on demand, you have not provided any sufficient reason;

It will be interesting to know, what the registrar or the responsible agent in care of these applications statutory declarations they do with these, and why they cannot release a copy?

a notice has been sent to the Ombudsman attentioned to: Peter Boshier, demanding an investigation; all conversation threads that has taken place, will be made available as evidence, that you have failed to provide me with a copy of the statutory declaration, without sufficient reason; you did not satisfy the request;

What is the true reason to hold information from someone who requests for it, who wrote the information, you nor your colleagues, or registrar Jeff Montgomery, Maria Robertson, DID NOT WRITE that information; so therefore, you have no claim to it;

The DIA did not provide a copy of the signed statutory declaration; did not satisfy the request at all and did not provide a sufficient reason; be in touch 2023;
