Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 request (the Act) to NZTE, received 3 May 2024 requesting:

Please can you provide the date for when the agency was informed of its savings target? This is not in relation to the 2023 COVID funding savings you made, but specifically this relates to the savings targets that most agencies and departments were issued from December 2023 onwards. i.e. 6.5% or 7.5% etc.

When were you provided your target and what was the percentage (as above)?

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 3 May 2024. The latest date for a decision on your request is 31 May 2024.
