I refer to your Official Information request of 4 June 2024 for resource
consent application and conditions documentation relating to Rainbow
Renewable Energy’s pyrolysis trial at 216 SH38, as noted in Bay of Plenty
Regional Council docs RM22-0076-AP.

 

Rotorua Lakes Council has not received or approved a consent for the
pyrolysis trial by Rainbow Renewable Energy at 216 SH38.

 

Any information regarding the Bay of Plenty Regional Council consent
RM22-0076-AP would need to be referred to this Council.  Official
Information requests can be lodged on the Bay of Plenty Regional Council
website [1]HERE.

 

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
