Kia ora Erika,
Thank you for your request for official information received on 20 June
2024 for:
YouTube displays information panels on its website which direct users to
“the New Zealand Government Ministry of Health”. Would you kindly share
all the information on MoHs working relationship with YouTube?

4. All details on the working relationship with YouTube and the MoH .
The Ministry of Health - Manatû Hauora is contacting you in accordance
with section 18B of the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) regarding
part three of your request.
The Ministry initially conducted a search relating to your request which
showed 47,442 items. This would require a significant amount of time and
effort to collate thousands of documents and require individual assessment
of each document to discern its contents. This would place an unreasonable
degree of strain on the team responsible and would interfere with the
day-to-day workings of the Ministry and may be refused under section 18(f)
of the Act, as the information requested cannot be made available without
substantial collation or research.
In order to provide you with information sooner and in order to work
within a more manageable request, can you please refine the timeframe of
your request and be more specific about the information you are interested
in?
Please respond by 5 July 2024 so that we can consider your refinement in
our response to your request.

As mentioned in our previous response to you on 19 July 2024 (H2024044867

request (9,252 item). This would require a substantial amount of time to
collate and may be refused under section 18(f) of the Act.
We thank you for your suggestion to export the items into a dropbox.
However, the Ministry does not export items onto external websites such as
dropbox due to security reasons.
In order to work within a more manageable request, we ask that you refine
the scope of your request to a shorter timeframe and specify a particular
topic of interest.
Please respond by 2 August 2024 so that we can consider your refinement in
our response to your request.
Please note, under section 15 of the Official Information Act 1982, any
clarification or amendments made to a request within seven days after the
