|• Clarification on why some women might be offered only birth control |
|options despite it not being suitable of family planning needs and not |
|seeing Improvement in symptoms while on birth control and and multiple |
|denials of a laparoscopy when doctor has made multiple referrals  for |
|suspected Endometriosis over the course of years. |

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are

This extension is required because the consultations necessary to make a
decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit.
