Thanks for your concern and your notation, James B, this is very important to me and Im happy to comply at this stage. Whatever gets the job done... Im not sure if you have ever actually dealt with ombudsman before. It's a saga. Still waiting after 2 years regarding another one of my requests into the vicious data theft of my son's coronial reports.
