 1. I would love to get any data please that could summarise how many
small parcels would be sent over the counter across all your post
shops in any given year. An average is fine.
This information would be withheld under section 9 (2)(b)(ii) as it’s
commercially sensitive.

 

 2. Also up to what size and weight do you accept over the counter.

 3. From this, would there be a breakdown available of quantities of each
courier bag size, and also volume over the counter by geographic

Please be advised we are withholding this information under
section18(f)  as it is commercially sensitive. This document cannot be
made available without substantial collation or research.

      You are entitled to complain about our decision to withhold
information to the Ombudsman.
