Dear Info,
with your response to question 5, I believe this to be incorrect, both myself and David Holland have raised questions and concerns, thus there should be some internal discussion or emails related to this topic. I find it hard to believe not.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Info,
We have yet to receive any further correspondence, please advise the business unit and person managing this OIA.
We will be lodging a complaint with the Ombudsman in 24hrs if we do not receive a satisfactory response as clearly question 5 was answered in haste without any research into the matter which has been quite public and certainly there will be emails and documents that relate as I have sighted some.
Yours sincerely,
Ohakune Ratepayers and Residents' Society Inc

Good afternoon Ohakune Ratepayers and Residents' Society Inc,
In response to your email dated 5 September 2024, with your response to question 5, I believe this to be incorrect, both myself and David Holland have raised questions and concerns, thus there should be some internal discussion or emails related to this topic. I find it hard to believe not.
Council has reviewed your request to question five, to clarify there are some emails related to collating information in response to another LGOIMA request. No documented record of possible verbal discussions has been located. However, in context of question five there are no recent discussions or emails in relation to plans for the walkway between Snowmass Drive and Teitei Drive.
We have considered recent being a twelve-month period prior and up to the date of this response. Council has searched all email accounts relevant to the request and its digital record repository.
Therefor we have decided to refuse your request under section 17 (e) of the LGOIMA Act, the document alleged to contain the information does not exist.
There are no plans
Regards
Rina
