Dear Ministerial Services Inbox [TSY],

This OIA request is similar to one I made to you in March 2020 (Reference: 20200077), in which your agency provided this information regarding the listed companies to me. I am confused why you are now saying the information does not exist. If it is a case of not being held by you but by other agencies, then under section 14 you are required to transfer my request to them for response.

Can you please clarify what has changed between these two requests to result in my latest one being refused in full. Alternatively, I will refer this to the Ombudsman for further investigation.
