We are writing to request the following information:
- Are horse meat products sold for pet consumption only in New Zealand?
- Is the consumption of horse meat legal in New Zealand?
We would also like to request all relevant information on the human consumption of horse meat within New Zealand.
We are happy to discuss this request and refine it if necessary.
