Dear Gisborne District Council,
Today on 13/09/2024 i noticed that all four AI cameras down Grey Street to monitor the Streets for People trial have been taken down.
Can i please have all information as to why they were taken down during the trial and will this affect the duration of the trial?.

Kia ora Caleb,
I have received your request for information in regards to the traffic
cameras being removed.
The cameras are not a live connection and therefore are only used for when
we require specific data for traffic analysis.
They have a 230hr battery life for collecting continuous footage.
Once the footage is collected, it is then sent to a supplier who produces
a Corridor Analysis Report.
