Dear Louise Upston (MIN),

Thank you for your response. In my primary message, I asked for "the names of any group chats that you or your staff are in." The request includes group chats both you and your staff are in not just the chats you are both in together so your response should include any other group chats that you or your staff are part of.

I would appreciate it if you could advise me as soon as possible regarding when I can expect an updated response.

Yours sincerely,

P Robins

Good Morning P Robins,

Thank you for your email.

After carefully reaching the phone's of staff we can confirm that the group chat named in the OIA is the only group chat that either the Minister or her staff are in.

In short this office communicates mostly through emails and text messages and does not use messaging services like WhatsApp or Signal to communicate.

We apologise that this was not more effectively communicated the first time but the information provided in the OIA response is correct and accurate.

We thank you for taking the time to write to the Minister.

Ngā mihi,

Ceri
