Dear New Zealand Police,

How many people have the Police charged with manslaughter, in the last 10 years, in the following circumstances.
The person charged (person A), was in proximity to the person who died (person B), where person B caused their own overdose without direct involvement of person A.

Please provide a reference to the specific cases.
