Please provide any service contracts, memoranda and policy information between the Department of Conservation and the Dunedin City Council in relation to the management and oversight of the South Island Kaka Captive Management Plan and the aviary at the Dunedin Botanic Gardens.
I further seek any development plans as to the aviary.
