response to the recommendations of the Ministerial Inquiry into School
Property. Your request has been considered under the Official Information

The information requested is more closely connected with the functions of
the Minister of Education. As such, we would ordinarily be required to

14(b)(ii) of the Act. However, on this occasion, we have not done so, as
