The property file product contains up to date and relevant information
about a property. On the file will be any building inspections, code of
compliance certificates, building and resource consents, as well as plans,
consenting conditions, general correspondence and other relevant
information pertaining to a property and/or parcel of land. Property file
products can be delivered either physically on a USB media or digitally
via email with the ability to download all the content received.

 

Once you purchase the file if you are unable to find a specific document
that you believe is missing, we are able to investigate and potentially
provide the relevant information under LGOIMA.

 

Please note that the property file will not contain information about
complaints concerning the property such as noise, animal, or nuisance
complaints. These would need to be requested separately and assessed under
LGOIMA.
