From: Edwin Bruce

Dear Wellington City Council,

Please advise"
1. Did WCC or Wtg Regional Council pay for the Zero charging station opposite Island Bay New World?
2. If so, what was the cost?
3. Are these being implemented to make a profit or break even?
4. Why would WCC/WRC even be involved in this at all? What is the public policy reason?

Yours faithfully,

Dear BUS: Official Information, re File Ref: IRC-7270
Thanks for your reply.

The statement "At the time of budget approval, officers estimated that the charger network would make a profit and have a positive Net Present Value (NPV)." requires further information.

1. Can I have a copy of the business case including Net Present Value calculations and risk register (or similar) for this initiative.
2. Hs the NPV been reviewed and updated? Is the revenue projections on target?

Yours sincerely,

Edwin Bruce
