Request for Information on Major Hospitals in Former DHBs
Antony Andrews made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Antony Andrews to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Antony Andrews
Dear MoH,
I am writing to request some information regarding the major hospitals within the geographical areas of the 20 District Health Boards (DHBs) that existed prior to their abolition in 2022. Specifically, for each of the former DHBs, I would like to know:
- The name of the largest hospital in terms of healthcare provision within that DHB's geographical area (i.e., the hospital providing the most healthcare services).
- The year each of these hospitals was established based on your record.
Although the DHBs no longer exist, I am interested in this information based on the 20 DHBs as they existed in 2020.
I appreciate your assistance with this request and look forward to your response.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,
Antony Andrews.
