…all communications, in any form, between the Department and the Office of
the Minister of Local Government regarding the Wellington City Council for
October 2024. This includes any exchanges between the Minister and the

The Department wishes to clarify your request; in particular, if you are
seeking: communications in any form, between the Department and the Office
of the Minister of Local Government regarding potential Crown intervention
into the Wellington City Council for October 2024.

The Department would appreciate if you could advise if the above
interpretation of your request is appropriate and, if it is not, what
information you are seeking in relation to the Wellington City Council.
