statement issued to 1News about heated tobacco products on Monday,
November 4.
This should encompass communications within the Ministry and those
involving the Minister's office and Ministry-employed staff within that
office.
Additionally, I request any communications (using the definition in the
first stanza) between the Minister and the Director-General on this matter
from November 1, 2024, to the present date.
REQUEST 2: I request all communications in any form related to OIA

Ministry and anyone else including ministerial offices. This includes the
content and response to the release of the information.
