Dear Ministry of Health,
Please provide all communications via any electronic media (including but not limited to text messages, emails, and messages on apps such as WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Teams, and Slack) concerning the media statement issued to 1News about heated tobacco products on Monday, November 4.
This should encompass communications within the Ministry and those involving the Minister's office and Ministry-employed staff within that office.
Additionally, I request any communications (using the definition in the first stanza) between the Minister and the Director-General on this matter from November 1, 2024, to the present date.

I request all communications in any form related to OIA response reference

The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as the consultations necessary to make
a decision on the request are such that a proper response to the
request cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
