2023 removal of covid-19 "vaccination assessment tool" from MBIE website
Erika Whittome made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Erika Whittome to read a recent response and update the status.
From: Erika Whittome
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
I see sometime in December 2023 this page was removed from the MBIE website
https://web.archive.org/web/202302012126...
The page said:
Employers may still be able to maintain vaccination requirements, however these requirements would need to be supported by a full work health and safety risk assessment. The circumstances where vaccination could be required are likely to be more limited than they have in the past.
Would you please share all the advice including legal advice, memos, correspondence, emails, policy documents etc that brought about the decision to remove this page from the MBIE website under the OIA .
Yours faithfully,
Erika Whittome

Dear MBIE
I am requesting the legal advice, memos, correspondence, emails, policy documents etc that brought about the decision to remove this page from the MBIE website under the OIA.
I am unsure has to why an AVL is requested and whether this is part of the official information act 1982 process?
Yours sincerely,
Erika Whittome
