Hi Veronika

Thank you again for your request under the Official Information Act 1982
on 14 November 2024 for the following information:

I seek from your office the following information regarding the advisory
group's work and report(s):

1) Any correspondence and communications between your office, MBIE and any
members (including the chair) of SSAG

2) Final SSAg report - phase 1

3) Executive summary and recommendations of SSAG report - phase 1

4) MBIE's response to the SSAG report, dated 7 August 2024

5) Cabinet paper regarding the SSAG report, all drafts and final version

After some initial scoping we would like to clarify some aspects of your
request please, particularly about the first part for correspondence and
communication. We are unsure from your request who sent or received the
correspondence which contains the information you are requesting, or when
you believe it might have been sent. Seeking all the correspondence which
has been sent between any of the parties you mention is not specific
enough to reasonably respond to, and we would likely need to refuse due to
the large amount of information captured. We would like to help you find
the information you’re looking for. We think a phone call would be the
best way to achieve this.

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is assisting to
prepare our response and is happy to discuss your request with you
directly. It would be great if you can please make contact with MBIE at
the email address [1][email address] who will be
happy to arrange a phone call.

Note that because this correspondence is published on the FYI website, for
your privacy we suggest emailing from a personal email address if you
include personal information such as your phone number.

Thanks, Orson
