The Official Information Act 1982 does not apply to the Judicial Conduct
Commissioner (JCC) under section 2(6)(f) of the Act.

 

We have been advised that your complaint has since been acknowledged by
the JCC Office and therefore consider this correspondence to be resolved.

 

You have the right under section 28 of the OIA to seek a review of the
Ministry’s response from the Ombudsman.  The Ombudsman’s contact details
