Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,

Hi, I'm inquiring about FENZ's use of the Hazmat Command Vehicle on 14 August 2024 between the time of around 8:30pm to 10:00pm in Waiuku, South Auckland. As a New Zealand citizen I'm requesting:

1. An incident report of the emergency this vehicle was responding to in this location, in the time frame stated above.

2. The radio communications that were made to and from this vehicle during the same time frame.
