One does not have to be involved in the aviation community to report
something they see or hear that they think might harm aviation safety or
security, or that might be breaching Civil Aviation Rules. Therefore, the
list of occurrences/ARC released under this OIA does not reflect the facts
of the incident as reported to the CAA to be true or established nor does
it reflect any outcome of the investigation, if any that was conducted
into the incident

 

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
