I’m reaching out requesting to acquire a copy of a traffic footage from
the intersection/stop light of Lincoln Road before Universal Drive.

 

Date and time: February 23 2025 - around 5:20 to 5:25 pm.

 

Car is Black Toyota Sai with plate number NPG86. And another toyota with
plate number JSN89.

 

Just need to see what happened, as our vehicles hit each other when the
light turned green.

functions of Auckland Transport than with NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi.
Therefore, NZ Transport Agency is transferring your request to Auckland
Transport under section 14 of the Act.

The time limit for their response to you is 20 working days from 24

On 24 February 2025 you asked for CCTV footage for on Lincoln Road on 23
February 2025 between 1720 – 1725.

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre have downloaded the camera
footage. Whilst we cannot guarantee the footage contains the information
you seek, it has nonetheless been saved. 

We are unable to share the footage via FYI.org.nz for you to view. Could
you email us directly ([1][email address]) quoting your
case number CAS-1066172-X9H4Z2 with a personal email address and we will
share the footage with you.

Should you believe that we have not dealt with your request appropriately,
you are able to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in
accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA Act and seek an investigation
and review in regard to this matter.
