Thank you for your response to my official information act request, it is much appreciated.
I note that in Attachment 2, there is information which has been withheld under Section 9(2)(a). Which refers to the need to ‘protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons’.
However, more than just the sender and recipient names has been withheld. You have also withheld the time and date that the email was sent and the email's subject line. Can you elaborate on how the time, date, and subject line are related to the privacy of natural persons? I would not consider this information to meet the threshold for withholding when measured against the public interest in releasing this information.
