1) Kindly provide details of the total expense of this visit to India. This include cost of Air travel, accommodation, food & beaverages, gifts, events, immigration costs, and any other expennses not mentioned above.
2) Kindly provide the details of Individual expenses of the whole India visit of delegation that includes Honourable Prime Minsiter, other ministers, Members of Parliament, and each members of delegations.
Expenses to include travel costs, accommodation, food and beverages, site visits, gifts, and any other expenses not mentioned here.

3) Kindly provide the list of people included in 'Community delegation of Prominent Kiwi Indians' that were part of Honourable Prime Minister's delegation to India.
Kindly provide the details of procedure and criteria of selecting the 'Community delegation of Prominent Kiwi Indians' that accompanied Honourable Prime Minister to India.

4) It is understood the Honourable Prime Minister's delegation also included representatives of ''Trade and Investment, and Ethnic Communities'.
Kindly provide names of the individuals travelled with Honourable Prime Minister, as representatives of 'Trade and Investment, and Ethnic Communities'.
Kindly provide the deatiled process involved in selecting these representatives.

This request has been partially transferred to NZTE from the Office of Rt
Hon Christopher Luxon.

 

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as
soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 7 April 2025.
The latest date for a decision on your request is 8 May 2025.

Affairs (the Department).

 

In which you requested the following:

1) Kindly provide details of the total expense of this visit to India.
This include cost of Air travel, accommodation, food & beaverages, gifts,
events, immigration costs, and any other expennses not mentioned above.

2) Kindly provide the details of Individual expenses of the whole India
visit of delegation that includes Honourable Prime Minsiter, other
ministers, Members of Parliament, and each member of delegations. Expenses
to include travel costs, accommodation, food and beverages, site visits,
gifts, and any other expenses not mentioned here.

 

As mentioned in the transfer letter the Department may hold information
relevant to the expenses of the Prime Minister, accompanying Ministers and
staff.

 

The Department will provide its response to your request as soon as
practicable and within twenty working days. The due date for your request
is 8 May 2025.

 

Please note that in cases where the Department’s response provides
information that is identified to be of general public interest, the
response may also be published on the Department of Internal Affairs
website. If the Department publishes its response to your OIA request, all
personal information, including your name and contact details, will be
removed.
