Dear Capital and Coast District Health Board,
In response to the information released by the Ministry of Health detailing that SRS provider selection will be determined by District Health Boards and their specialists (see the releases for https://fyi.org.nz/request/3088-sexual-r... and https://fyi.org.nz/request/3168-overseas...), I request any information held by this DHB on prospective Male-to-Female sexual reassignment surgery providers.
My request is for information including but not limited to correspondence with prospective providers, assessments of providers or correspondence with other DHBs or specialists.
