Thank you for your reply, however, you have not satisfied my information request.

You refused my request "... because it is publicly available on ACC's website ... www.acc.co.nz/privacy/privacy-notice/WPC....

I believe this is another example of how the ACC fudges information requests as you undoubtedly know that an intranet is a computer network that is used to share information, operational systems and computing services WITHIN an organisation. In other words, the information stored on the ACC's intranet is NOT publicly available.

In contrast the website you quoted is an extranet service and the information is publicly available.

As far as your claim that the ACC's internal privacy related policies were provided to me on 19 January 2016; firstly I am still waiting on you attending to my reasonable request in response to the aforementioned communication that you provide me with copies that are legible, and secondly the aforementioned link that you quoted in your reply does not exist. Crucially though the specific information that I requested - in particular "completing information requests", "when to release private information" and "gaining client consent" are not included with the information you provided on the abovementioned date, and, this information is also not available at your website (I have even done a search which did not produce a result for any of the aforementioned specific information).

I am re-requesting that you provide me with the specific requested information without further delay.
