This summary obfuscates the situation in Bamyan by merging US funding and that of other donors and presents it as if the NZ PRT were responsible for it all
Requests for details of projects completed in any one year funded by NZODA (the NZPRT 'aid' budget was NZ$1m) and managed by NZPRT will give a quite different picture.
