Dear Ministry of Transport,
I write to request the following information from the Ministry in accordance with the Official Information Act.
The Secretary for Transport authorised Wilson Parking NZ Limited access to New Zealander's personal information on the Motor Vehicle Register in Notice 2011-go6779 in the New Zealand Gazette. I refer to: https://gazette.govt.nz/notice/id/2011-g...
I would like the following information:
- How many times in 2014 and 2015 did Wilson Parking access the Motor Vehicle Register?
- How does the Ministry of Transport audit compliance with the requirements of this notice?
- I request a copy of the annual report for 2015 and 2014 that Wilson Parking is required to provide to the Ministry in section (j) of the notice.
- As per condition (h), what is the definition of "reasonable time"
- As per condition (e), what is the definition of "appropriate intervals"
