Response to this request is long overdue. By law Manawatu-Wanganui Regional Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Manawatu-Wanganui Regional Council,
I am today writing to request copies of any documents pertaining to works in and along the Taetunui stream channel and margins from 2010 to present day including any Council reports, audit reports, annual plan reports and any consents issued.
In particular I wish to be supplied a copy of the 'global consent' issued for such works under the One Plan, including the conditions of this consent.
