JennyM made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
The request was refused by New Zealand Police.
From: JennyM
Dear New Zealand Police,
Under the OIA and Privacy Acts, please give me a copy of the
Memorandum of Understanding and information sharing between
Queensland Police and New Zealand Police that allows NZ Police to
share otherwise private and non-publishable material and
information with another agency during employment inquiries?
Please also advise if this covers a period post employment and if so, what is the length of that time period?
Yours faithfully,
Jenny Mondial
