With reference to our letter of 8 August 2016 advising of a charge or an
option to refine your request to reduce collation time, we note that we
have received no further response from you regarding your request for
information.

 

As twenty working days has transpired without further contact regarding
this request, we now consider the matter closed.

 

You have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsmen about this decision.
