information regarding ferries that ply the Hauraki Gulf.  We had
transferred your request in its entirety to Maritime New Zealand on 5
September 2016 and have since learned that question 2 of your request is
best answered by Auckland Council.  We understand that you have received a
response to question one from Maritime New Zealand today.

 

We advise that pursuant to section 12 of the Act we have transferred
question 2 of the below request to Auckland Council as the information
requested is held by this agency.
