Please provide the following information regarding all Deaths of monitored Kea from 1080 poisoning

1. Details of all symptoms experienced by Kea killed by 1080 poison
2. Time take to die of those Kea’s
3. Dates of all instances of Kea being killed by 1080, including number killed in each instance
4. What steps has the Department taken to ensure safety of all Kea
