Dear Mr Randle,

 

Further to this morning’s email to you, I’d like to bring to your
attention a matter in relation to the capital expenditure for ‘Forecast
Capital Expenditure, External Debt, and Rates for the Next 20 Years’ graph
which appears on page 12 of the pre-election report.

 

The graph refers to Flood Protection, Public Transport and Water Supply
capital expenditure, but mistakenly omits ‘Other Capital Expenditure for
the 30 year period.  For the 16/17 year, the correct expenditure should be
$12.1m, making the total capital expenditure $69.1m for that year rather
than the $57m indicated in the graph. 

 

You will notice also an item in line 15 of the ‘PER Summary’ sheet of the
spreadsheet, which should refer to the Environment Management group.
