Dear EQC Info Mailbox,, Lydia S

Re: OIA request for our file CLM/2011/107649

Thank you for your reply today to my e-mail on 16/01/2017. I appreciate your offer to follow things up with the relevant team if I don't receive the copy of our file by the end of business tomorrow. Whilst that is potentially helpful (i.e.if things don't come through), I would really appreciate you getting in touch with the relevant team today to see if they are on track to meet our request by tomorrow. A gentle reminder that the 20-day time-frame is up tomorrow may be all they need.

Yours sincerely,

Janette Hickey
