I am requesting the report about China Rail Zhongji Group – Gisborne District Council
Heads of Agreement ITEM 13.7 17-106 to be made available to the public. I am also requesting the minutes of this meeting are made public.
I am requesting these because the Gisborne community is not aware of what this group is wanting to do in Gisborne and as such has a right to know.
