Thank you for your request.

I have spoken with the Parking Services personnel at the Council about this and have been provided with some information which may help.

What they have sais is that a complaint was made to the Council and a Parking Officer attended. This officer talked to staff working at the location and the truck workers packed up and moved. No enforcement action was necessary so no tickets issued. To the best of our knowledge, the Police were not involved.

I have attached the complaint log, from the Council system (with the complainants details obscured to protect their privacy under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, section 7(2)(a).
