I request the following information for each monthly period from May 2015 to the most recent month for which you hold data.
- number of missing tag ons and tag offs (if possible separate) for AT HOP cards on the Auckland Public Transport system;
- total amount of penalty fares charged to AT HOP cards on the Auckland Public Transport system due to missing tag on or tag offs;
- number of fare disputes taken to the Disputes Tribunal, in which AT was involved.

If you cannot provide this data on a monthly basis, please let me know how this data could be provided.
