Dear New Zealand Police,
I would like a copy of the report from the Auckland City Police serious crash unit of the truck vs pedestrian crash on Fanshawe St, Auckland Central that occurred pm 2.6.15. If there was no single final report made I would like to see in particular findings around the road layout causes of the accident. Please do not include any graphic photographs that would not be appropriate for public view.
Please include any recommendations made to Auckland Council/AT as a result of this incident.
I would also like to request a list of vehicle vs pedestrian collisions/incidents that occurred on intersections on Fanshawe street in the years 2012 - present day.
I am an Auckland resident.
