1. Please advise as to which Code(s) of Conduct, Code(s) of Ethics, Standards of Integrity etc (or whatever the school call them), that Fergusson Intermediate School hold all their non teaching staff to. This includes but is not limited to all administration staff.
2. If these are not publicly available please provide copies of them.

The reason I am asking these questions to ensure I have the correct reference(s) for my complaints to the Office of the Ombudsman and the Privacy Commissioner.

Hi Fergusson Intermediate School - in particular Paul Patterson (Principal), Jan Hall-Jones (Principals Secretary) and Ros Connelly (Chair of the Board of Trustees).

Are you going to respond to this OIA request at all? This is becoming a very familiar pattern of you NOT responding to OIA Requests - even those which have not gone through this website, but privately. They are not difficult requests so should not be an issue to process.
