Name of person or persons from the Ministry of Education consulted by Riki Jamieson-Smyth regarding ENQ/125264
Howard Rait made this Official Information request to Privacy Commissioner
The request was successful.
From: Howard Rait
Dear Privacy Commissioner,
Please provide the names and contact details of the person (or persons) within the Ministry of Education that Riki Jamieson-Smyth (Team Manager, Investigations and Disputes Team (Wellington) consulted with as per the letter she sent to myself dated 22 Sept 2017. Your Reference ENQ/125264.
The reason I am asking for this is I have asked her several times via Richard Stephen, (Investigator, Investigations & Dispute Resolution Team (Wellington)) who works for her and he has fobbed myself off every time I have asked him. This I consider to be totally unsatisfactory service by your employees.
Yours faithfully,
Howard Rait

Dear Enquiries,
Thank you Karen, however the email Mr Stevens sent does not say that - It tells me that the name of
"The Head of Health, Safety, Security and Privacy, is Jonathan Howe." It does not say he was the person contacted by Riki Jamieson - Smyth.
I take it you are you saying Jonathan Howe is the person she contacted? please advise.
Yours sincerely,
Howard Rait
